LEVEL 1 IS THE PLACE TO START!!
On your first visit, you are fitted into your harness and the number of bungee cords required for your body weight & height is determined. LEVEL 1 is designed to learn the basic techniques of bungee fitness from balance, squats, jumps, and burpees. You will get familiar with how the harness feels on your body and ultimately learn to TRUST THE BUNGEE!!
LEVEL 1 prepares you for Intermediate levels. We keep the routines the same to enable our clients to learn through the memory process.
Take this class as often as needed until you feel comfortable moving to LEVEL 2 or TABATA.
This class will increase the heart rate while having fun.
Our classes are cumulative, so getting it down is important before taking LEVEL 2 or TABATA. We encourage everyone to take at least 2 LEVEL 1 classes.
RESTRICTIONS:
* Must be at least 13 years old (some age requirements may be waived, but only with studio approval)
* Ages 18 years old or younger require a parent waiver.
* Must be 90lbs and cannot exceed 300lbs.
* No recent surgeries within the past 6 months

LEVEL 2 is for those who have graduated from LEVEL 1.
LEVEL 2 improves skill set, endurance, and cardio for those ready to take on more difficult routines. If you can do a bungee burpee easily and feel comfortable with basic jumps, you are ready to challenge yourself further and learn more difficult routines. Repetitively practicing your techniques prepares you and your stamina for a faster-paced LEVEL 3
We will be doing amped-up cardio bungee mixed dance routines to get you ready for LEVEL 3
YOU MUST TAKE AT LEAST 2 LEVEL 1 CLASSE’S BEFORE JOINING LEVEL 3

Exercise to everyday life can leave you sore and tight. This 30-45 min intro level class is ideal for all beginners looking to improve balance, flexibility, strength, sculpt, tone, and condition core. Our class will provide you with a moderate workout while increasing your range of motion. Through this guided stretch session, you can look and feel your best! Learn how to use low impact TRX Trainers, light weights, resistance bands, and a mixture of Yoga, Pilates, PiYo & standard stretches, all important factors that continually improve your fitness!!
Whether you are new to the gym or a fitness fanatic a strong core and stamina are building blocks for any fitness path.

Tabata, is one of the shortest (and most intense) HIIT formats!! Tabata burns fat and help improve endurance and speed quickly by focusing on exerting maximum effort for a minimal amount of time. We alternate between 20-second intervals of all-out effort and 10-second intervals of rest. Exerting maximum effort for a minimal amount of time, 20-intervals of all-out (as in your 100-percent max) effort and 10-second intervals of rest. Tabata is designed to elevate your heart rate to a high anaerobic zone and give the body just a short window to recover meaning it has to work too hard to use oxygen for fuel), you burn more calories both during and after your workout!! We combine low impact, full body core driven bungee workouts with added weights to a 30 min routine.

But don’t let its simplicity fool you; chair yoga is a potent practice that can improve flexibility, muscle tone, and mental well-being.

In Level 3 skillsets, we are teaching you the remainder of the skills you need to know before moving to Level 4. You are ready for this class if you have MASTERED the intro to fly spring, needle, triple burpee, push flies, and a tuck, star C jump. If you are unsure of what those skills are, you are not yet ready for this class! Please continue Level II until you have mastered those to prevent injury to yourself or others.
ALL CLIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 3 LEVEL 2 CLASS BEFORE ATTENDING A LEVEL 3
This entire class is high-intensity and you will be in almost constant fat-burning mode. So get your bungee on and be ready to burn some major calories in this class!
We suggest taking a Level 2 class 3-8 times before advancing to Level 3 skillsets. This is really to help avoid frustration and injury! In this class we are in fat-burning mode the entire workout, so get ready to burn some major calories!

In Level 4 we are taking it a step further. You are ready for this class if you have MASTERED the Fly Spring, Needle, Superman, Push Flies, and a switch. If you are unsure of what the skills listed above are, you are not ready for this class. We suggest taking Level 3 six-ten times before advancing to Level 4. This really is to help avoid frustration and injury.
ALL CLIENTS MUST TAKE AT LEAST 3 LEVEL 3 BEFORE JOINING LEVEL 4
In this class, we are in fat-burning mode this entire workout so get ready to burn some major calories. After gaining confidence from the previous levels, come put all that you have learned into practice. Level 4 routines are packed with all the skills to boost cardio, fly higher, and maximize the fun! Instructors will also incorporate weights to focus on toning muscle.
