Operating Policy

You currently must be 16+ to take a class. You will need to complete a waiver as you are signing up for your class. 

For those ages 16-18, a parent must sign a waiver, this can either be printed and sent with the minor, or signed when dropping off.

You WILL be privately weighed for bungee classes; the sole reasoning is for your safety and for GoodVibes Bungee Fitness & Tan LLC to know the exact bungee resistance required for your ultimate flight experience.

If you are over or under the limit, we will unfortunately not be able to let you take the class for safety risks.

Weigh-ins occur during clients' initial visit and every 3 months for frequent flyers. Please note that if some time has passed since your last visit you are required to weigh in.  Again this is for your safety and for our flight staff to know the exact resistance to provide you with.

Should you need to cancel, you will do so through your Xplor Trirb app

You must cancel 4 hours in advance to get your pass back. Your pass will be used if you do not show up to your class. 

NOTE: Extenuating Circumstances will be taken under consideration 

Should class get canceled for weather, illness, or low class attendance (2 or fewer) you will receive your class pass back for rebooking.  

** IF YOU NO CALL/NO SHOW YOUR CLASS, YOU WILL RECEIVE A $18 CHARGE. **

Clients may pay online via debit/credit. To avoid processing fees we accept cash and Venmo upon client arrival. Drop-ins will only be accepted if there is open availability. Clients with reservations come first and we have limited availability. All clients must complete their waivers, get weighed for their safety precautions, and create a client profile. Classes may be booked through the Xplor Triib app, our website, or by calling the studio at 251-398-0993.  Online booking closed 2 hours before the next scheduled class.
 

You cannot split or share class packages. If attending with friends, you must all book individually, so the computer knows to hold the spot(s). We only have a certain number of spots per class. 

All pass purchases are non-refundable

ANY CLIENT WHO VIOLATES THIS POLICY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CLASS WITHOUT A REFUND.
